Pei Zhuang, Ph.D., M.Eng., joined the UF College of Pharmacy as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics. Her current research focuses on 1) Engineered vascularized functional tissue model (Organoid, 3D bioprinting, microfluidic); 2) Blood-brain barrier and blood-tumor barrier; 3) EV-mediated therapeutic delivery; 4) Novel bio-inks modulating the tissue microenvironment; 5) Neuromuscular tissue modeling
